Refunds & Returns 

We want every Pinc Paws purchase to feel like a perfect fit. If not, here’s how we make it easy.

Standard Returns
• Return requests accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unused. Other than trying it on for size.
• Proof of purchase required
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Gift Returns 
• No receipt needed
• Eligible items may be returned for store credit only
• Items must be unworn, unused, and have original tags attached

Sale & Clearance Items
• Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery
• Store credit only
• Final sale items are not eligible for return

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if something isn’t right—we’ll take care of it.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@pincpaws.com  to request approval and return instructions.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
If it’s been over 15 business days, reach out to us—we’re happy to help.
