Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection may vary based on destination and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Carrier Issues

Pinc Paws is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery responsibility rests with them.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pinc Paws is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
